Replacing Sounds Using Flash

Here I will show you how to replace a sound file of the Flash Template.
Open the FLA file in Flash. For details, you can refer to Opening FLA File.
Choose File > Import to Library in the top menu. In the Import to Library window, you can browse to locate the new sound file (.wav or .mp3) that you wish to use in movie. Then select the sound file and click Open, your sound file will be automatically added to Library.
Next, locate the Layer that holds the original sound for your movie. Here you can see a sound wave in the timeline.

Timeline Display
Click on the sound's keyframe (the small circle). The Properties Panel will display the sound file's information:

Sound File Information
Click on the dropdown arrow and choose your new sound file from the list, then your new sound can replace the original.

Tips: If your new sound file has a different length from original, or you wish it to loop a different number of times, you may click the Edit button in the Properties Panel to further fine-tune your new sound file. You can see the edit button in the illustration "Sound File Information".
Now, if you finish your modification, it's time to publish your Flash movie. Here with detailed instructions and tips about it.
